shipping cost:
For shippings to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the U.S you will find the prices at the checkout procedure after choosing your country.
It is possible to deliver other countrys. Therefore please contact me for further informations.
shipping method:
In order to keep the shipping cost low, all purchases will be delivered by standard shipping (3-5 working days). If you however want your product to be quickly shipped or if you want to pick it up yourself in Zürich, please contact me.
production/shipping time:
Since all products are handmade and in most cases produced on demand, it will take more time untill your order can be sent. Please check each product category for more information.
payment:
Accepted payment is bank payment (in advance). Any fees from the banks will be charged to you.
Return policy
Since all my products are customized, handmade and produced on request, you will not be able to return your order.
Only exeption for a return is a damaged or incorrectly delivered product. Caution: I do not take responsibility for shipping damages. Therefore I kindly ask you to check your product right after the receivement.
In case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product please contact me within the first week, otherwise I won't be able to take the product back.
